📱 Can I take the course on a desktop, tablet, or mobile device?

Yes. Financial Independence Faster works on desktop, laptop, tablet, and mobile devices, so you can learn wherever it’s most convenient.

🎓 Do I need any financial knowledge before starting?

No. FIF is designed for young adults with little or no financial background. We explain financial concepts in simple, easy-to-understand terms and build your knowledge as you move through the course.

💰 Do I need to have money or investments to take this course?

No. The course is designed for young adults who want to make smarter financial decisions now, put their money to work sooner, and reach financial independence faster.

📅 How long does it take to complete the entire course?

Most people can complete FIF in about 8 weeks or less. You can move through the course at your own pace, continue to the next module whenever you’re ready, and return whenever it works for your schedule.

🔐 I can't log in.

Use the “Forgot your password?” link on the Login page to reset your password. If you’re still unable to access your account, please contact us.

📚 How do I access my course?

After logging in, you’ll automatically be taken to your My Course page. You can also access it anytime from My Account → My Course. Click your current module to resume exactly where you left off.

📥 Where can I find the FIF Course Guidebook and information from the course?

The FIF Course Guidebook PDF contains all of the downloadable resources. It’s located in Module 0 – Snapshot, the first lesson of the course. We recommend downloading it before starting Module 1 and keeping it as a handy reference after you complete the course.

📝 How do I complete a lesson?

Watch the video and download any lesson guides or worksheets (if available), then click COMPLETE to continue to the lesson quiz, the next lesson, or click FINISH MODULE if this is the last lesson or related quiz.

✅ How do I complete a module?

Complete each lesson and quiz in order. You must complete all lessons and quizzes before the FINISH MODULE button will appear. Click FINISH MODULE to return to your My Course page, where you can begin the next module.

🚫 Why didn't the FINISH MODULE button appear?

The FINISH MODULE button appears only after you complete all lessons and quizzes. If you skipped a lesson or quiz, simply go back and take it. Once you complete all lessons and quizzes, the FINISH MODULE button will appear automatically.

⏸️ Can I leave the course and come back later?

Yes. You can leave the course at any time by clicking the X in the upper-right corner. The next time you log in, you’ll be taken to your My Course page. Click your current module, or the next module if you’ve completed the previous one.

👨‍👩‍👧 Who can see my course results?

Your course progress and quiz results are private and not automatically shared with others, such as a parent or financial advisor. We encourage you to share your Certificate of Completion and celebrate your achievement!

🎓 How do I earn my Certificate of Completion?

Complete all 8 modules, including all lessons and quizzes. After clicking the FINISH MODULE button at the end of Module 7, your Certificate of Completion will be emailed to you.
